PROGRAMS
Junior Development – currently the Yayasan has set up a junior development program that focuses on building a solid foundation for young talents in Bali. The program is subdivided into 3 areas to better monitor each player’s progress and growth in the game.

1. Grass Roots Program – this program will focus on introducing tennis to young children and give them some basics on how the game is played.
   
2. Junior Development Program – Young, competitive players will be given technical application on their game, build proper court etiquette and go through set physical training and conditioning.
   
3. National Squad Program – this program will be for players competing in national and international tournaments. Aside from training, they will also be funded for the tournaments they enter and shall be supervised closely to ensure success in building an all around player on and off the court.

PON Tennis Team – In January 2003, the Indonesian Tennis Association for Bali (PELTI BALI) has selected the Yayasan Beringin Berapi’s coaching staff to officially coach both the Men’s and Women’s team for the country’s upcoming PON Games which is Indonesia’s National Games in 2004. This prestigious position being handed to a foundation is the first of its kind.

Wismilak Junior Development Program 2004 – The Yayasan’s coaching team also had the opportunity to train and coach the Bali chapter of the Wismilak Junior Tennis Development Program for the whole year of 2004. There, the yayasan was responsible for overseeing each selected player’s training and progress and was also involved for setting up their tournament schedule for the year.
